Description: An older woman who likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is cut close to her head. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She was born in the north. Sorath was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sorath decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Beggar kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Bendoo and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Elama was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Flask was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Flask's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
