History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vondal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sarah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Sarah abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the west to a Stylist, Cimer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

History: Dell was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tanner. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by her family; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
