History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Oblar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Gimble was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Doctor mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Gaaki hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Fargas was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Fargas has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Balam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, her father struggled to pay the bills. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
