History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the south to a Sculptor, Nyx learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
