History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. She bought a club and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Gennal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. History: Veloptima lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south.
