History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Valorean and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born into a rich family. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Miller and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and balancing her hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nykkan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has worked as a Herbalist like his father before him.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Nykkan and his spouse have recently divorced.
