Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His red hair is braided into rings. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are black.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Cairn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born in a small desert village. When Conrad reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born in the north. Everard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Everard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
