Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She has wavy blonde hair. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Mayor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Urshar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Urshar was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Urshar's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Urshar and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and he perpetually has his mace ready. His red crest, when down, is lengthy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardnab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This light-skinned male dresses like a well dressed Performer does. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is always cut to a buzz. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Broce hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Expand his business; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When Spear reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She became a Unemployed soon after.
