Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is an amazing painter.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and seeks redemption

Description: He is a husky man, who wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Kairon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Kairon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cloud will drive conversation. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Bethrynna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Bethrynna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: She wears a simple black robe with brown stripes complete with hood. Her chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. Her gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born to a Layabout, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Body Guard, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Through the years after Moon was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Moon's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
