History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tenena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
