After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roger embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, Roger studied abroad. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Emmeline lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Willow was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Kody was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kody's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Sage and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
