Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a trident on her belt. She keeps her orange fur in a pixie cut. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cloak is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: This man is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and tan handkerchief worn on his right side, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His brass crest has been sun bleached extensively. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has done his best to style his black fur to look like a famous performer. His eyes are amber.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lone fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. Her red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Jezebeth was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Elven compassion; and many orcs want her driven away

He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Mormo was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mormo decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Georgina never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Gnome Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
