History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rohesia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rohesia. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently the stress of being a Carter has made it difficult for him to sleep.
