History: Mastema was born with her father's beautiful face. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up work as a Marshal and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a red vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her red boots flare out at the collars. She wears her golden hair up. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Merla took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She bought a pickaxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: Standing 5'4", this man wears a green costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His red eyes peer out from beneath his feathered green hat.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Andram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Andram liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Ishte was taken on many hunting expeditions. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
