History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A 2'11" eastern man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Roge hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is an amazing painter.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roge was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Nim was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: Windy wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Born to a Interpreter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and to clean up the streets

Description: She wears a grey tunic with tan highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around her shoes. She carries with her a set of rapiers on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. Her auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Elizabeth is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. During her travels, Elizabeth and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Elizabeth discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Elizabeth fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Oblar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand his business

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a dagger on his belt. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Pikar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Pikar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is greedy

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jebeddo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
