Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears dull black sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed warhammer, just in case. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cairn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cairn. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. He has green eyes and a blue hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Armorer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Wants a kiss.

Description: She wears suspenders and red workpants. Her shirt is pastel, and she wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time, and she perpetually has her greataxe ready. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Stacee embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Stacee abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and is pretty ugly. She has wavy red hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Egelina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. He is physically well-built. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miller born in the past three hundred years. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Dain was born with his father's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and sabotage a competitor

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing a tight blue one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dreali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears baggy red pantaloons and a blue scarf. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a Shepherd first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Howard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He has worked as a Shepherd like his father before him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.
