Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: She is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and she perpetually has her greatsword ready. She has silver hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady red eyes.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Description: She is dressed in a clean red cloak covering her clean studded leather, and she perpetually has her ceremonial dagger ready. Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. Her eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Rose's homeland. Rose decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

His dark red hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Gifted from a young age, Merihim studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: She got into the Mason business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Mason. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phelaia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is dressed in an above average manner. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. Bertram liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Born in the north to a Doctor, Donella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Doctor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Doctor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
