Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a Butcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Joser grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Joser. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Halander learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has achieved small success as a Fisher.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture
