History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Tippletoe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tippletoe's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
