History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gimgen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Vani was taken on many hunting expeditions. She found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Sun learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a great chef.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Through the years after Baelitae was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Baelitae's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Baelitae and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
