History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. During his travels, Nelkin and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Nelkin discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Nelkin fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now mingles about in high society.

She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
