She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Azaki was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Azaki's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Azaki and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
