History: She comes from a rich western family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Beast's homeland. Beast decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the west to a Shipwright, Uadjit learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

A freak accident while working with her Miller father left her crippled. She now mingles about in high society.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Paggen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
