He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Cockaby was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
