History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ilanis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Description: He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down, and carries sickles. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Zaffrab is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Zaffrab lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She was born in the west. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vorka studied abroad. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has worked as a Barrister like her mother before her.
