Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She has wavy red hair. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Agnes isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Agnes enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Agnes lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Agnes alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and to protect her home

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a green shirt with thin black vertical stripes and white pants. His hair is dark red, silky, and of moderate length. He is baby faced.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dragonborn culture. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Vondal has worked very hard to control his curse. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a tight blue one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This southern man dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a yellow coat with black slacks. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a very tight haircut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Rangrim's homeland. Rangrim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His blonde hair is cut short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Azaki is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Azaki was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Syllin was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Syllin's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and to reunite with her old friends
