She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Audhild was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Althaea reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
