History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Shoemaker. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Rael lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). In the meantime he has taken over work as a Shoemaker and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. After months of barely getting by, Anthony managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Wella is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Wella hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her first spouse was a Brewer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Herbalist and was forced into it by her family; and she wants revenge against giants

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Beggar father left her crippled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with her old friends
