Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Born to a Soapmaker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Therai and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
