Description: He stands about 6'1" and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Purson hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Purson fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His dark red hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are likewise white. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her hair is golden and curly. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Carlin took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Barendd was born with his mother's beautiful face. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against giants

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Hugolina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
