History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. A freak accident while working with her Bounty Hunter father left her crippled. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Cecily's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Cecily was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Animal Trainer, but she got bored and became a Spy. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
