History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Decarabia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Decarabia. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
