Description: He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He carries with him a set of shields on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Orc culture. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Arannis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She wears an entirely yellow suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and she perpetually has her hammer ready. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born in the north. Irann was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Animal Trainer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Wella was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She tends to her Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and expand her business

Description: An older woman who wears a green costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso, she is not a threatening figure. Her scarlet crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Harann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Harann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Matilda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'4". He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. His white hair is knotted and matted. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Naal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
