Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Everard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Tethren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and expand his business

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Wymar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are gold and catlike.
Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and half-elven compassion

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears an entirely white suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born to a Performer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Pearl was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pearl decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
