History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Fargrim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Fargrim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Masseuse, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born in the west to a Bricklayer, Hogar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
