Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Xanaphia's homeland. Xanaphia decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Kipper was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Pogranix will drive conversation. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Pogranix alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pogranix fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kildrak grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Kriv lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bowyer.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barrister business.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Pennie was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
