Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She tends to wear a green poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are red and catlike.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many gnolls want her driven away

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has wavy chestnut hair. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Shump was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Kilia was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Osco grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Ida was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ida alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently the stress of being a Shoemaker has made it difficult for her to sleep.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines silver.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She got into the Stylist business at a young age. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She became a Stylist soon after.

History: Sarah hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Sarah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Kyle was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kyle decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Kyle and his spouse have recently divorced.
