Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new jeweler responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heskan embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heskan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
