History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Brakka has worked very hard to control her curse. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vola grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vola. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it
