History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is content

Koeth was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Emma was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emma grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
