History: Tippletoe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
