She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Adrik lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reddlepop fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sickle use. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
