History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Tricking learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
