History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Koeth and his spouse have recently divorced.

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has wavy black fur. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Serpent was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Serpent decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
