When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and balancing her hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult
