Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Windy grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Windy. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
