Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Paela isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paela grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paela. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Glassblower. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Himo learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Mantus alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by his family

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

After coming to the age of reason, Nora took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
