History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Nicholas began to lead the lost caravan. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
