History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Galiena learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Galiena took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Farideh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She tends to her Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erdan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Ownka was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Gardener. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and a rival would like her out of the picture

A gifted student she started as a Gardener, but she got bored and became a Soapmaker. She has worked as a Soapmaker like her mother before her.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
