History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ootah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
